As a Partner Manager, Team Lead at Yotpo, you will own and grow a defined book of named agency & tech partners whilst also managing a team of 2 Partner Managers. This role is focused on strategic relationship ownership, revenue expansion, and tier progression.

You will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for your partners, developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, and ensuring long-term engagement and retention. The Senior Partner Manager is accountable for measurable ecosystem impact and serves as a strategic extension of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This is a revenue-responsible, relationship-first role requiring strong commercial acumen and executive-level partner engagement.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named agency partners.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner leadership, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to support shared clients and new opportunities to support the partner program.
  • Drive accountability around referral targets, product adoption, and partner engagement metrics.
  • Create and promote community-wide enablement/marketing initiatives to further educate partners on the value creation that comes from Yotpo and further expose the great innovation coming from our product.
  • Act as the voice of your partners internally, sharing feedback and garnering support cross-functionally from Ops, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Represent Yotpo at strategic partner meetings and select industry events.
  • Motivate and coach 2 experienced Partner Managers to deliver to target and beyond.
  • Own pipeline generation forecast for the EMEA region.
  • Work with the EMEA GTM team to drive growth in the region holistically.
  • Provide prioritisation on investment for partner events and initiatives.
  • Support the Sales team actively on Partner generated and influenced opportunities to close.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Eagerness to grow into a more strategic partnerships role over time.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading or managing Partnerships teams.
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales, customer success, or agency management.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
