Yoto is at an inflection point. The product achieved real product‑market fit and is loved by families globally. The VP Growth is a senior leadership role with full accountability for revenue delivery and P&L management to contribution margin level. It is a broad, commercially‑oriented role which spans the full range of sales and marketing activity. It requires someone who blends strategy and execution, and who is excited by the opportunity of building a global consumer business. Yoto operates across multiple geographies and channels, which creates a matrix organisational structure. Creating clarity in strategy and process is key; you will need to make decisions to drive the brand forward globally, whilst respecting market nuance. You need to be comfortable managing a significant budget, and justifying the investment choices you make. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO, leading a large team. Outside of the Growth function, you will work closely with the Product, Finance, and Operations teams. This role is a fixed‑term maternity cover contract for 6‑9 months.

- Global Sales And Marketing Functions: Performance marketing – acquisition and retention, Brand marketing & creative studio, Product marketing, Communications and advocacy, eCommerce, Marketplace, Retail.
- In‑Market Teams: You will lead Yoto’s in‑market teams, which are responsible for creating the growth strategy for each market and executing marketing plans and B2B sales. These teams sit close to the customer; your role is to ensure they have the strategy, tools, and support to convert that into meaningful revenue growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a consumer business, ideally across multiple geographies.
- Experience owning a P&L, allocating budget across multiple channels and markets.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing – acquisition and retention – including fluency with the metrics that matter (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV).
- Experience building a consumer brand which is relevant and compelling across multiple global markets.
- Experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams, including in‑market or regional teams.
- Comfort operating in a scaling business.
- A track record of building a high performing team.
- Strong communication and influencing skills – you will be a key voice on the SLT and a visible leader internally and externally.
- Experience in children’s consumer goods or audio/entertainment categories is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
- Strong commercial problem‑solving and a genuine curiosity about how consumers make decisions matter the most.
