Overview We are looking for a data-driven Senior Media Planner to transform complex advertising data into impactful global media plans. You will be responsible for paid media measurement and global media planning, with a focus on the US, Canada, UK&I, France and Australia.About Yoto β Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. What you\βll be doingLead Paid Media measurement and campaign analysis, working with our data teams and external partners to create actionable insights to optimise media plans and in-flight campaigns
Alongside Head of Acquisition Marketing, oversee annual and quarterly media planning across all channels, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with local market teams and external agencies on developing media plans in their respective markets
Partner with local market teams to plan and buy non-performance media, including OOH, TV, Podcast, Radio, and other relevant channels
Manage econometrics and measurement, ensuring robust evaluation frameworks are in place to assess media effectiveness
Analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance data to inform future media strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including performance, brand, data and local market teams
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine Yoto\βs media planning approach.
What you\βll bringAnalytical mindset with direct experience in econometrics, measurement, and campaign effectiveness analysis
Strong experience in applying data measurement learnings into impactful media campaigns leading to revenue growth
Proven extensive experience in media planning, ideally in a global or multi-market role
Strong expertise across a range of media channels, including TV, OOH, Radio, and Podcast
Experience working with media agencies and local market teams to develop and execute campaigns
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different markets
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with the ambiguity of working in a fast paced scaleup environment.
Salary: Β£70,000 β Β£75,000 based on experienceWhat you can expect from YotoFlexibility: Hybrid working β expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you\\\βre happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our \βwork from anywhere\β policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
