We are looking for a data-driven Senior Media Planner to transform complex advertising data into impactful global media plans. You will be responsible for paid media measurement and global media planning, with a focus on the US, Canada, UK&I, France and Australia.
About Yoto - Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Paid Media measurement and campaign analysis, working with our data teams and external partners to create actionable insights to optimise media plans and in-flight campaigns.
- Alongside Head of Acquisition Marketing, oversee annual and quarterly media planning across all channels, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with local market teams and external agencies on developing media plans in their respective markets.
- Partner with local market teams to plan and buy non-performance media, including OOH, TV, Podcast, Radio, and other relevant channels.
- Manage econometrics and measurement, ensuring robust evaluation frameworks are in place to assess media effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance data to inform future media strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including performance, brand, data and local market teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine Yoto’s media planning approach.
What you’ll bring:
- Analytical mindset with direct experience in econometrics, measurement, and campaign effectiveness analysis.
- Strong experience in applying data measurement learnings into impactful media campaigns leading to revenue growth.
- Proven extensive experience in media planning, ideally in a global or multi-market role.
- Strong expertise across a range of media channels, including TV, OOH, Radio, and Podcast.
- Experience working with media agencies and local market teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of working in a fast paced scaleup environment.
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 based on experience.
