We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is ready to shape the next phase of growth and cultural relevance for the brand. You’ll be responsible for the regional marketing strategy end-to-end, ensuring Yoto feels relevant, authentic and exciting in-market. From bold brand activations to high-impact PR, influencer, partnerships, retail moments and full-funnel campaigns, you will be at the heart of how Yoto shows up in the UK and Ireland.

About Yoto: Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and deliver the integrated marketing plan for UK & Ireland, in line with wider regional and global strategy.
  • Lead market level campaign development and execution across PR and influencer, digital, retail, media, partnerships and experiential channels.
  • Partner with Acquisition team to define media mix, full funnel media strategy and optimise budget across channels.
  • Partner Retention Global teams to design and optimise campaign, customer growth and lifecycle programs specific to the UK & Ireland market.
  • Partner with Global comms functions to shape the PR, Social and Influencer strategy to ensure local campaigns are culturally relevant and impactful.
  • Work with the e-comm team to align marketing initiatives with online sales performance and customer journeys.
  • Define and deliver retail marketing activities with the B2B lead.
  • Manage agency and media partners, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget, and against agreed KPIs.
  • Track and report campaign performance and ROI, applying insights to future initiatives.
  • Act as the local brand steward, ensuring UK & Ireland marketing is consistent with global brand identity while reflecting local culture and consumer needs.
  • Own marketing prioritisation and budget allocation across initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a Brand Marketing Executive and PR Manager.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager or similar role within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • A strong track record of delivering impactful brand activations and amplification campaigns across PR, influencer, partnerships and experiential.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with acquisition/performance marketing, CRM, e-commerce and retail teams to deliver integrated plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing and optimising budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Experience leading media agencies and external partners, writing clear briefs and holding teams accountable to performance.
  • A sharp understanding of cultural relevance—knowing how to make brands feel authentic, timely and meaningful in-market.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and insights to inform strategy and optimise performance.
  • Strong project leadership and organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Confident people leader, with experience developing and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A genuine passion for building brands that families love and champion.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience.
