Yoto’s Acquisition Marketing Team
Acquisition Marketing is how new families find Yoto in the first place.
This team owns the channels that introduce Yoto to parents who haven't heard of us yet, blending performance thinking with a creative understanding of what cuts through the noise.
Influencer and creator partnerships sit at the heart of that: they're often a family's first real introduction to Yoto, so getting the partnerships, the storytelling and the trust right matters enormously to our mission.
- What you’ll be doing
- Own Yoto's Global influencer and creator partnership strategy end-to-end, setting the standard for how we identify, build and measure these relationships across the full funnel
- Be responsible for owning the global reporting for all influencer activity with all relevant KPIs from Awareness to Purchase, ensuring all learnings are taken forward for future partnerships so that we continue to build
- Oversee our influencer agencies to build and maintain a network of high-value creator partnerships that drive sustainable, trusted and measurable acquisition - ensure we get the most out of these agencies by implementing processes and defining templates
- Partner closely with Brand & Creative, Communications, Retail, e Commerce and Paid Social to ensure influencer activity is joined up with the wider commercial, acquisition and brand strategies.
- Set the framework for how we brief, measure and report on influencer campaigns, so success is judged on real impact, not just reach
- Mentor and guide our colleagues in each market working on creator partnerships, sharing your expertise so best practice spreads beyond your own patch
- Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and bring a point of view on where Yoto should be showing up next, and why.
- What you’ll bring
- Solid experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within a consumer, family, or lifestyle brand
- A strong existing network of creator and agency relationships, and a track record of analysing data to drive success
- Comfort setting strategy and standards, not just executing campaigns - you've operated as the go-to expert others turn to for guidance
- Strong commercial instincts: you know how to measure and communicate the ROI of creator partnerships to non-specialists
- Excellent communication skills - you can translate creator-world nuance into a compelling story for the wider business
- Genuine enthusiasm for Yoto's mission of screen-free, imaginative childhood.
- Nice to have
- Experience working with family or parenting-focused creators specifically
- Familiarity with running influencer activity across multiple markets.
Salary
- £60,000 - £70,000 based on experience
- How we use AI at Yoto
We think using AI to work smarter is part of the job.
At Yoto, we use AI to help us move faster and reduce manual work so we can focus our time on creativity, problem-solving and impact.
We don’t want to use AI to cut corners - it’s about smart usage that makes space for the work that really matters.

We don’t expect everyone to be an AI expert, but we do expect people to be curious, to experiment, and to keep improving how they work.
If you prefer to do everything manually, you might find our pace and expectations challenging.
