We’re looking for a Senior Artworker to join our team to manage, create, and maintain artwork across multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality assets that are consistent with the Yoto brand.
Yoto is a screen‑free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels – think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.

Yoto’s Design Team
Our design team is the creative heart of the company, responsible for shaping and maintaining the overall look, feel, and aesthetic of our brand. With around 9 members, we’re a close‑knit group that works like a family, supporting one another, sharing ideas, and stepping in to help whenever needed. Collaboration is at the centre of everything we do. Together, we ensure that every design reflects not only the company’s vision but also the care and passion we bring as a team.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with the design team on content‑related card/packaging design, artwork changes, and creative tasks (e.g., mockups, retouching).
- Monitor, manage, and complete all content‑related artwork, including overseeing the approval process.
- Support the development and implementation of reprints, new packaging, and packaging changes.
- Identify and help to resolve any issues arising from artwork changes.
- Upload correct files to shared Dropbox folders, external platforms, and the internal workflow system for approval. Ensure artwork PDFs are maintained and the latest versions are always readily available.
- Act as the primary point of contact for artwork within project teams, providing updates to key stakeholders. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective, timely implementation.
- Experienced in working with production houses abroad, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process.
- Support marketing with POS, brochures, and large‑scale printing, including solving complex production challenges.
What you’ll bring
- Mentor and support junior team members – offering constructive feedback and quality‑checking their work.
- Have an eagle eye for detail – nothing slips through, from alignment to colour accuracy. Uphold and protect brand consistency making sure every asset aligns with guidelines while still allowing creativity where appropriate.
- Be incredibly organised – can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- Be a great communicator – confident liaising with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders, providing clear updates.
- Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment / respond quickly – especially when external factors require rapid turnaround.
- Be proactive and solutions‑focused – anticipating potential issues before they arise and suggesting improvements. Comfortable switching priorities and handling unexpected requests.
- Understand print processes and production – ensuring artwork is always press‑ready and solving technical challenges.
Salary
£34,000 – £39,000 based on experience

- Flexibility: Hybrid working – expectation of 1 day a week in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you’re happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues.
