We’re looking for a CRM Executive to support with planning, executing and delivering a customer-first lifecycle communications programme using our campaign platform (Braze).

We’re a global team looking after Acquisition, Retention, Amazon, Trade and the D2C business. We work closely with teams across the business, particularly our friends in the marketing, product, tech and content teams.

Retention Marketing

The Retention Marketing team is a global function and is focused on driving LTV and engagement. We work alongside our market teams to ensure communications best practice and effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working alongside the CRM team to plan, execute and deliver a customer-first lifecycle communications programme using our campaign platform (Braze).
  • Building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, engagement, upsell, winback) across email, push and in-app messaging.
  • Supporting the setup and refinement of triggers and segmentation to deliver more personalised, behaviour-led communications.
  • Delivering campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications and web/app messaging.
  • Supporting A/B testing plans to continuously improve performance across lifecycle and campaign activity.
  • Analysing weekly and monthly campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborating with market teams to share insights and support local campaign performance and growth.
  • Supporting initiatives to improve data capture and grow the volume of contactable customers.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands‑on CRM experience, ideally in a lifecycle or retention‑focused role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.) and an understanding of automated journeys and triggers. Braze experience is desirable but not required.
  • Strong data fluency and confidence using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.
  • A growth mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and markets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritising effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop, with ambition to grow into a CRM Manager role over time.
  • Interest in subscription or DTC businesses is a plus.
  • A passion for audio content and technology.

Salary

£30,000 – £35,000 based on experience.

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you’re happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues.
