We also create Yoto Originals.

We’re on a mission to be the soundtrack of childhood, and help families on their own unique adventures. By creating products that inspire independent play, we help families discover and grow with an inspiring world of audio – and we would like you to help us achieve it!

  10. Own budget and resource planning for Systems Operations, ensuring cost-effective investments in technology.

  11. Position Yoto as a leader in systems automation, staying ahead of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

What you’ll bring:

  1. Proven experience in an IT or Systems management role, ideally in a scale-up environment.

  2. Success in process automation – identifying repetitive tasks and implementing automation solutions using tools such as Python, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or relevant scripting languages to enhance efficiency.

  3. Proficiency in utilising data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or specialised platforms, to interpret complex datasets and inform strategic decision-making.

  4. Active engagement with the latest industry-specific technologies and tools, with a track record of integrating these innovations to optimise workflows and drive productivity.

  5. A keen eye for recognising areas where technological advancements can be applied to improve existing processes, coupled with the initiative to propose and implement effective solutions.

  6. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing technological insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
