We are looking for a high-energy, results-focused Paid Ads - Content Creator to generate impactful and industry-leading creatives for our Paid Ads campaigns that drive action. In this role, your success isn’t just measured by aesthetic appeal, but by hook rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing the visual assets that power our growth across our Paid Ads platforms, including Meta, Google and TikTok. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy analyzing data to understand why one ad worked better than another and using those insights to iterate rapidly.
About Yoto: Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performance-First Design: Create high-impact static imagery, motion graphics, and video edits specifically tailored for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and display networks that drive CTR, ROAS and brave love.
- Test & Learn approach: Test messaging and creative variations to understand what engages with our target audiences, building on these learnings to deliver regular creatives.
- Video Editing & UGC: Edit raw footage and User-Generated Content (UGC) into fast-paced, engaging ads with native-feeling captions, overlays, and transitions.
- Storyboard & Conceptualize: Collaborate with the growth team to storyboard new concepts based on consumer studies and current social trends.
- Brand Stewardship: Work closely with Brand and Creative Studio teams to ensure all performance creative remains on brand while pushing the boundaries of what drives user action.
- Data-Informed Design: Attend weekly performance meetings to see how your designs are performing and use that data to inform your next round of concepts.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in creative advertising, ideally in a DTC, start-up or agency environment with proven experience creating successful paid ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok from ideation through to execution (including recording voice overs).
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Figma or Canva for rapid prototyping is a plus.
- Mobile-First Mindset: A deep understanding of social-native design (safe zones, and "lo-fi" vs. "hi-fi" aesthetics).
- Direct Response Knowledge: Understanding of marketing fundamentals like "The Hook," "The Value Prop," and "The Call to Action."
- Speed & Agility: Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Up to £35,000

- Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this.
