We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.

We’re on a mission to be the soundtrack of childhood, and help families on their own unique adventures. By creating products that inspire independent play, we help families discover and grow with an inspiring world of audio – and we would like you to help us achieve it!

  • Use data, experimentation, and deep customer understanding to guide strategy, combining behavioural insights with strong product judgement.
  • Explore how AI can enhance both the product development process and the customer experience for Yoto families.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, subscriptions, marketplaces, or other transactional platforms.
  • A deep understanding of what makes a great eCommerce experience across Web and App.
  • A track record of improving conversion, purchase journeys, or commercial performance at scale.
  • Experience working on platform or systems-level problems with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong commercial instinct and familiarity with eCommerce metrics such as CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV and IBP.
  • Confidence making build vs buy decisions across the wider eCommerce toolkit (CMS, payments, merchandising tools).
  • Experience with Shopify, DatoCMS or headless architectures is a plus.
  • A data-driven approach to decision making, using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar.
  • A structured, insight-led approach to problem solving that combines data, customer understanding and sound judgement.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping create clarity in a scaling organisation.
