We’re growing our fantastic CRM and Retention team at Yoto, and looking for 3 new Senior CRM Managers; if you don’t meet every single criteria we encourage you to apply and we can discuss the best fit for your experience during the interview process. These roles will own and optimise our multi‑channel lifecycle marketing strategy, driving engagement, retention, and revenue across the customer journey. This role blends hands‑on CRM execution with strategic leadership, working closely with Product, Data, Creative, and local market teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences.
About Yoto: Yoto is a screen‑free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own CRM strategy and execution across customer lifecycle from prospect nurture, activation, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
- Design and optimise automated and ad‑hoc campaigns, to maximise impact from new product launches across Email, Push, In‑App, SMS, and Direct Mail.
- Act as the Braze expert, continuously updating knowledge of platform capabilities to understand how we can maximise opportunities for driving customer experience across touchpoints within and outside CRM.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery: briefing, segmentation, build, QA, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Use data and insights to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Data, Creative, Brand, and local market teams to improve customer experience and LTV.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing direct report.
- Ensure all customer communications are accurate, compliant, on‑brand, and delivered on time.
- Work as part of a matrix team with Product, building strong relationships with the team and acting as an ambassador for marketing in the Product organisation.
- Bringing a CRM marketing mindset to product development, helping teams think about positioning Product features and benefits in the customer Lifecycle.
- Contributing to positioning and growing new and priority features and user journeys like Referrals, Yoto Club and Yoto Daily.
What you’ll bring:
- Senior‑level CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a B2C, consumer‑facing business.
- Experience using data and insights to personalise communications for specific audiences, products and lifecycle stages.
- Strong multi‑channel CRM expertise (Email, Push, In‑App, SMS, Direct Mail).
- Hands‑on experience building complex automated journeys in Braze.
- A creative approach that blends best practise, beautiful brand‑led visuals and excellent user experiences.
- Strong customer segmentation and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to translate data into commercial insight.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and tackle issues in a calm, structured and pragmatic way.
- Experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience.
What you can expect from Yoto:
- Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this.
