We’re looking for a B2B Lead, who will be responsible for maximising opportunities with our retailers and B2B partners to get our incredible Yoto products to customers through targeted and strategic relationship development.
About Yoto
Yoto is a screen‑free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels – think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots.

Yoto’s B2B Team
It’s a really exciting time to join Yoto – we’re moving fast, and there’s a lot to achieve. Having primarily grown through direct‑to‑consumer channels, we are now looking to expand our B2B offering (and there are no shortage of opportunities to do so!). We are looking for someone to lead our retail and B2B growth in UK&I, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for maximising opportunities with our retailers and B2B partners to get our incredible Yoto products to customers through targeted and strategic relationship development.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and execute the B2B commercial strategy across retail, education, wholesale, and B2B platforms in the UK & Ireland.
- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across key accounts, mid‑tier partners, educational institutions, and independents.
- Act as the lead commercial contact for B2B platforms and strategic partners across the territory.
- Drive sustainable growth across key accounts through optimisation of:
- Pricing & promotional strategy
- Product range and distribution
- Merchandising (online and in‑store)
- Retail marketing and partner support initiatives
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Procurement to support accurate forecasting and inventory planning for retail channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimise online and in‑store brand presence and retail marketing execution.
- Liaise with Sales Operations to ensure efficient order processing and operational excellence.
- Work closely with Commercial, Content, and Marketing teams on strategic promotions, exclusive launches, and partner‑specific initiatives.
Operational & Relationship Management
- Manage backend retailer systems and B2B platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee escalated commercial customer feedback and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of products, industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ commercial sales experience managing large retail accounts, ideally within FMCG, toys, gifts, or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record in B2B sales with a strong commercial mindset.
- Highly data‑driven with a strong analytical approach to decision‑making.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Able to balance strategic, big‑picture initiatives with day‑to‑day execution.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative and personable, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Resourceful problem‑solver with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
- Up to date with the latest B2B technologies and industry trends.
- Genuine passion for audio content and technology.
Salary £65,000 – £75,000 based on experience.
What you can expect from Yoto
- Flexibility: Hybrid working – expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this.
