We are on the search for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join us at YOTEL Glasgow as Security Manager. About the role: At YOTEL, our mission is to challenge the status quo; it's our DNA. As the Security Manager, you will work closely with the Cluster Chief Engineer and the General Manager of the hotel, and are responsible for providing a secure, comfortable, and safe environment for our guests and crew (what we call our team members). The Security Manager will serve as a key member of the hotel management team and have a major part in the people culture. This position will be expected to cover late shifts and weekends as and when the business requires.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
- To manage the Security operations and provide the strategy and direction required to create an issue-free environment through empowering and developing the crew.
- Take an active role in ensuring the safety of all guests and crew.
