We are looking for a Reception Shift Leader/Supervisor to join our team at YOTEL London City. What makes us unique is that our Front Office (or as we like to call it Mission Control) is not the same as a traditional hotel; our guests are in control of how they wish to interact with us! Using check-in kiosks instead of the traditional Reception desk allows us to give our guests time back.
