Position: Food & Beverage Assistant
Location: YOTEL Manchester Deansgate – Restaurant: Motley
Pay: £12.86 per hour + service charge
Hours: Around 16 hours per week
Schedule: Morning shifts, Monday–Sunday (various days)
Type: Part-Time (Weekends Mainly)
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service in the restaurant and bar
- Take orders and serve food/drinks during breakfast service
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and hygienic
- Set up and clear tables efficiently
- Help with stock replenishment
- Answer guest questions and resolve issues professionally
- Follow health & safety regulations
