As well as being a destination for locals and visitors to the city, we’re also the social hub of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, serving as a space for our hotel guests to work, meet, drink and socialise.
We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Yotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food preparation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising breakfast service, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and managing a team of kitchen and serving staff to deliver smooth and efficient operations. Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality environment is required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of breakfast service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the management team.
- Handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and service areas.
