We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at MOTLEY.

The Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your section.
  • Assist in menu development and ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your work area.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared efficiently, meeting time and quality standards.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
  • Passion for food and creativity in presentation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
