We are looking for a talented
Hotel Night Supervisor to join our team at YOTEL Manchester Deansgate.
The Role This isn’t your ordinary Hotel Night Supervisor role.
There’s no over-the-counter check-in here.
At YOTEL, we use self-service kiosks where we support our guests at a pace they set, from complete independence to full assistance.
As Night Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly overnight.
Working closely with the Night Manager, you’ll supervise the Front Office team, support our guests, and help maintain the safety, security, and high service standards of the hotel.
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on and reliable supervisor who can lead by example and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be a key point of contact for our guests and team throughout the night, ensuring everything is ready for the morning operation.

- 32 hours per week .
Key Responsibilities - Supervising the Night Front Office operation and supporting the Night Manager
- Acting as a senior point of contact for the team and guests overnight
- Supporting the smooth running of Front Office and assisting other departments when required
- Supporting and completing night audit procedures accurately
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, colleagues and the building
- Handling guest queries, complaints and escalations professionally
- Supporting room allocations, guest presence checks and system updates
- Following financial procedures, including payments, reports and daily balancing
- Leading and supporting the Night Front Office Crew throughout the shift
- Ensuring all overnight tasks and handovers are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public areas
- Supporting the F&B team with late-night service and drinks sales when required
- Communicating effectively with the Night Manager and day team to ensure a smooth handover
- Taking ownership of the operation when the Night Manager is unavailable
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Front Office, Nights or hospitality
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Confidence in handling guest concerns and unexpected situations
- Good attention to detail, particularly with cash handling and night audit procedures
- Ability to support and motivate a team during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of the local area to support and advise our guests is a plus
