About the role

As our Food & Beverage Manager you will play an instrumental part in the delivery of the hotels food concept.

Reporting to the hotel General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will serve as a key member of the hotel senior management team.

More specifically, responsibilities will include the following

  • The role will be responsible for the smooth running of Food & Beverage on a day-to-day basis.
  • To direct all activities of Food & Beverage to ensure quality, efficiency in service whilst driving volume and sales in all areas of responsibility.
  • Oversee all food, health & safety matters within the hotel.
  • Support the coaching and development of the Food & Beverage team to ensure they are confident, motivated and empowered when interacting with our guests.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to drive innovation and continued development of the guest journey.

As well as the above-mentioned tasks, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible in ensuring all food safety and health & safety requirements are met.

  • Experience of managing teams.
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of food concepts.
  • Numerate and analytical, be able to establish credibility and communicate a message.
