We are on the search for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join us at YOTELPAD London Stratford as Reception Manager. About the role

This is not your normal hotel Reception Manager position; what makes us unique is that our Front Office is not the same as a traditional hotel – our guests are in control of how they wish to interact with us! This is through our Self‑Checking Stations or by one of our Front Office Team. Reporting to the hotel General Manager, the Reception Manager will serve as a key member of the hotel senior management team and have a major part in the people culture.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Front Office and the total guest journey within the hotel.
  • Coach and develop the Front Office team to ensure they are confident, motivated and empowered when interacting with our guests.
  • Collaborate with the senior hotel management team to drive innovation and continued development of the guest journey.

Skills

Essential: Individual with a solid managerial background in Hotel Front Office.

Desirable: Working knowledge of Opera Cloud. Experience of developing, driving and engaging teams. Numerate and analytical, able to establish credibility and communicate a message. Able to withstand pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by using their outgoing personality to interact with guests, crew, HQ and others.
