  • We are looking for a talented Rooms Division Manager to join our team at Yotel Manchester

The Role

We're seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive performance across operating departments.

Reporting directly to the general manager you will work with other HOD’s to ensure the business is being driven to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planand direct the hotel operations including quality, standards & guestsatisfaction.
  • Workalongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-dayoperations, monitoring business levels and managing budgeted departmentalcosts.
  • Tooversee all departments ensuring that revenue/profit budgets are achievedand food and beverage menu composition and pricing comply with companyexpectations.
  • Promotea positive employee relations culture through effective communication andregular team meetings.
  • Ensuringadherence to all current legislation regarding Health & Safety, Food Safety and employment law.
  • Drivingstandards of operation within the Hotel ensuring successful leadership, training anddevelopment for managers and supervisors.
  • Drivingthe commercial success of the business with the support of the commercialteam.
  • Drivethe sustainability at the hotel, managing environmental policy & practice
  • Create, implement & maintain all operational policies and procedures withdepartment heads.

  • Must have hospitality experience
  • Must have experience managingteams & other managers
  • A passion forhospitality and a drive to grow and develop yourself and your team.
  • Fantastic communicationskills. Experience of effectiveproject management
