We are looking for a talented BarSupervisor to joinourteam at MOTLEY.
The Role:
As a BarSupervisor , you willbe responsibleforleadingour bar team, ensuringsmooth daily operations, andfordelivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support bar staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain bar inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Train and mentor new and existing bartenders.
- Assistin creating and updating the drinks menu.
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage till operations.
- Monitor customer experience and address any issues promptly.
- Work closely with management to improve bar efficiency and profitability.
WhatWe’reLooking For:
- Previousexperience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
