We are looking for a Reception Shift Leader/Supervisor to join our team at YOTEL London City. What makes us unique is that our Front Office (or as we like to call it Mission Control) is not the same as a traditional hotel – our guests are in control of how they wish to interact with us! Using check-in kiosks instead of the traditional Reception desk allows us to give our guests time back instead of queuing – giving back time to our guests is what we love to do.
Our Mission Control Supervisors (Reception Shift Leaders) will be given autonomy and act as key contact for the Mission Control team and for the hotel – responsibilities you would not get in a traditional hotel! You’ll need to live and breathe our values; be smart, honest, efficient, inspiring whilst displaying empathy.
You might be expected to work night shifts, ensuring we have sufficient 24-hour coverage. Are you someone who has Front Office experience and looking for a new challenge? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
