We are looking for someone to join our Food & Beverage team on a 30 hour contract. At YOTEL, we believe in challenging the status quo through smart design and seamless experiences. Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s vibrant city centre, our hotel blends tech savvy service with stylish and functional spaces to surprise and delight our guests.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor at YOTEL, you’ll play a hands-on role in leading the F&B crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all our food and drink offerings, including breakfast service, events, and bar operations. You will also lead by example and be responsible for ensuring the greeting of all guests, that the service and food quality is of YOTEL standard, and that events ensure the “wow” factor. All responsibilities shall be carried out in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, motivating the team, and consistently upholding YOTEL’s high service standards.
