We are looking for someone to join our Housekeeping Crew for 0 hour contract.

Purpose of the role
As part of our Housekeeping Crew team, you play a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll take pride in ensuring our rooms and public areas are spotless, well presented, and maintained to the highest standards. You will be supported and developed to ensure our standard of cleanliness meets our guest expectations throughout the hotel. You will work in a supportive environment where our values; be smart, honest, efficient, inspiring whilst displaying empathy are key to everyone’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare cabins to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas when required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Work efficiently to meet time targets without compromising quality
- Support team members and communicate effectively with the wider YOTEL team
- Follow all health and safety, COSHH, and hygiene guidelines
- Always maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and colleagues
- Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail and high standards
