We are looking for a confident, outgoing and proactive Events Crew Member to join our crew, 0 hour contract.

As a Meeting & Events Crew Member, you will play a key operational role in delivering meetings and events at YOTEL Edinburgh. Working closely with the Meeting & Events Coordinator and wider hotel team, you will be the on-the-ground point of contact for event organisers and delegates, helping to ensure each event runs smoothly from set-up through to completion.
This is a hands-on and guest-facing role. You will take ownership of the event while it is taking place, confidently engaging with organisers and delegates, responding to requests, supporting the use of meeting room technology, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. You will need to be organised, assertive and comfortable taking initiative in a busy operational environment.
The role requires flexibility to work in line with the hotel's event schedule, including evenings and weekends.
All responsibilities shall be carried out in a timely, accurate and professional manner, in accordance with YOTEL's core values.
