Join our Global Cell Bank team in Cambridge. This fully operational, lab‑based role supports cell culture activities and ensures smooth weekend operations (Friday‑Monday) as part of our 7‑day science initiative.

Position Details

  • Location: Cambridge
  • Schedule: Friday to Monday (Weekend Shift)

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine cell culture and banking.
  • Support tissue culture by providing live cultures (flasks/plates) for screening.
  • Cultivate HEK293, CHO, and ExpiSF9 cell lines for recombinant protein expression workflows (transfection, feed, harvest).
  • Prepare reagents and media, aliquoting as needed.
  • Conduct QC testing and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Deliver seamless handovers to keep operations smooth.

  • Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent lab experience.
  • Hands‑on expertise in cell and tissue culture and aseptic techniques.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and Microsoft Office tools.
