For Companies Head out with our drivers for a day on the road making deliveries.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with the collection and distribution of stock between our Donation Centre in Harrogate and our shops throughout Yorkshire. We\’ll need your help to load and unload the van and to be an extra pair of eyes to help navigate and park. If you\’re reasonably fit and active (there is a lot of lifting and carrying) and have experience of driving and navigating, we would love to hear from you.
There is no minimum time commitment that we expect from our volunteers, so whether you can do a few hours a week or once a month, we’ll do our best to offer a role that fits in with your schedule. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided.
What happens next?
If you decide to apply, a member of the volunteering team will contact you and ask you to come in for an initial chat with the Donation Centre Manager. This is not an interview, just a chance to get an idea of how you\’d like to help. From there you can meet the rest of the volunteer team and get involved in the area that interests you the most.
