A large, dynamic secondary academy in Bradford is seeking an experienced, strategic Premises Manager to oversee site facilities, health and safety, and estate development projects for an immediate (ASAP) start.
The Premises Manager holds full operational responsibility for the estate management of a multi-building secondary academy campus. You will manage the site team (Caretakers, Groundskeeping, Cleaning staff), oversee facilities budgets, manage external contractor SLAs.
