The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Operations Chef to support our inns across the North East, North Yorkshire and the Lake District. You will work closely with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to drive standards, coach teams and improve kitchen performance during the busy summer period.
You will build strong relationships, coach in the moment, and ensure strong mise en place, pass control and guest experience.
