This is a permanent role.

You will be working full time.

You will be expected to work 37 hours per week within a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Where you fit in: We are looking for a Development Surveyor to join the team and play a key role in promoting the acquisition, management and facilitating the development and disposal of Keylands property portfolio to maximise six capital value and land value.

You will work closely with Yorkshire Waters Land Microsoft Office and development appraisal software)Familiarity with Health and Safety issues and mitigation measures in relation to land and property Previous experience in a commercially orientated environment.

A full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points.
