We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Leakage Data, Assurance and Analytics to join the Water Service Delivery team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers.

A critical role in the delivery of Yorkshire Water's leakage reduction targets and long-term demand reduction strategy; the Manager of Leakage Data, Assurance and Analytics will lead a team of highly skilled analysts, schedulers, reporting professionals and data managers as part of the Water Distribution Team. The role also involves leading assurance activities across the Leakage Team; supporting the efficient delivery of operational activities to ensure business performance targets are met while maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams and ensuring compliance.
Where you fit in: As our Manager of Leakage Data, Assurance and Analytics you will:
- Lead and develop two high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Align operational assurance and data analytics strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across leakage operations.
- Act as a key liaison between operational teams, IT, finance, and strategic planning functions.
- Responsibility for the Water Networks data strategy, working with Operational and Asset Management colleagues to identify and deliver an approach that maximises the benefit and use of Network Data.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
- Strong understanding of leak detection methods and end-to-end leakage processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving change.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic and tactical thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Budget management experience and financial acumen.
