We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join the Asset Delivery Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers.

The Asset Delivery PMO are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. In AMP8, Asset Delivery PMO will support the delivery of a multi-billion-pound programme of capital investment across YW’s clean and wastewater assets.
The Quality Systems Coordinator will support the Quality Systems Manager to ensure process documentation is current and compliant, support internal audits to check and enhance process compliance and drive continuous improvements to support the delivery of our strategic objectives.
Where you fit in: As our Quality Systems Coordinator you will:
- Monitor and coordinate process document control activities to ensure process documentation reflects the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and attend process audits to drive process compliance, continuous improvement and therefore support the success of the capital investment programme.
- Monitor and coordinate the actions required to drive continuous improvement through our lessons learnt process.
- Prepare and share information to allow escalation where quality management requirements are not being met.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
- Demonstrated background in a Quality Management Systems Environment.
- Knowledge of lean principles, methods and tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards.
- Experience of supporting process audits.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and be confident in using IT in your everyday role.
- Experience of using and extracting data from corporate software systems.
- Experience of compiling, interpreting, and communicating data.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Experience of supporting and embedding change.
- Able to influence and drive the right culture and behaviours.

- Experience of working in a regulated environment.
