Location: This role will initially be based in Bradford but we are moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in September 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future, with a hybrid working arrangement in place, a mix of office and home working. We work 3 days in the office per week.
Work type: Permanent. Working hours are full time, working 37 hours per week between the working window of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Where you fit in: As Forecast & Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Customer Management Centre has the correct resource allocation in place, based on accurate forecasting and planning, to ensure that we are able to achieve our required service levels and meet our customers’ needs. Our customer management centre deals with a range of operational customer queries. Your role is to balance staffing availability and prioritise business KPIs when scheduling and recommend areas of improvement.
You will develop close working relationships across the Customer Management Centre to enable accuracy when forecasting, by having in-depth knowledge of the Customer Service function. You will manage any variance to plan and highlight key risks, discussing where things can have a detrimental impact and ensure communication to key stakeholders, e.g. Team Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Leaders where appropriate.
You will manage the allocation of Annual Leave and Bank Holiday Leave within the Customer Management Centre and ensure individual allowances are accurate and up to date. You will also ensure the operational rotas are accurate and up to date.
What skills are we looking for?
- Proven analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable decisions.
- Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Confidence in planning and managing your own workload effectively.
- Ideally, experience with workforce management systems such as Alvaria/Aspect (training provided if required).
- A clear and confident communicator, able to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and promote the right culture and behaviours.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies, with the ability to manage initiatives from start to finish, supported by colleagues and stakeholders.
- Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools.
