Location: This role is a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of home and office-based working. The office base is Buttershaw, Bradford, but we relocate to Leeds Valley Park from September 1st.
Work type: Permanent, full time working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.

Yorkshire Water are looking to recruit a PMO Coordinator to work as part of our Partnership for Yorkshire (P4Y) Enterprise. P4Y brings together multiple organisations from across the Water and Construction Industry, with the aim of revolutionising Programme Delivery and driving high performance.
Within the Partnership, the Programme Management Office (PMO) is responsible for:
- Setting and maintaining standards for excellent Project Management
- Providing appropriate assurance to give confidence that the capital investment programme will deliver its required outcomes
- Enabling informed decision making through the provision of trusted data
- Driving continuous improvement to support our strategic objectives
Where you fit in: As our Programme Coordinator you will:
- Support the successful delivery of the capital programme by providing a range of programme support services across the project lifecycle
- Support the creation and maintenance of projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow and advise on corporate governance processes and procedures for project delivery
- Provide centralised administrative services to support efficient delivery
- Escalate issues of non-compliance with company governance, data management and the approvals processes
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and support process improvement initiatives
- Challenge and drive continuous improvement
What skills & qualifications you will need:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and be confident in using IT in your everyday role
- Experience of using and extracting data from corporate software systems
- Experience of compiling, interpreting, and communicating data
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Able to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships
- Experience of supporting and embedding change, able to influence and drive the right culture and behaviours
- An aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
- Understanding of the importance for detail and organisation
- Ability to prioritise tasks and proven time and workload management
- Understanding of a PMO's function and its role within programme delivery
- Understanding of programme and project management/administration, working within a structured project management framework
You would also benefit from having:
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience / knowledge of a PMO's function and its role within programme delivery
