Yorkshire Water is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) lead to define and deliver our LMS. You will work closely with People Function and Tech to ensure smooth delivery while collaborating with multiple teams across the organisation, including Tech, Vendors, and Support.
You will translate business requirements into LMS solutions, diagnose enrolment errors and reporting gaps, and apply a root-cause analysis approach in a fast-paced environment.
