Location: West Yorkshire - This role will be a hybrid role, initially based in Bradford but moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, so you'll be based there in the future - Hybrid Working up to c 2-3 in the office a week (Bradford/Leeds).

Where you fit in: As our IT Delivery Manager, you will:
- Take the lead as the central voice of the IT Digital programme, driving clear, engaging communication that keeps everyone aligned, informed, and energised around delivery progress.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently sharing updates, shaping conversations, and ensuring transparency across CX and TEC at every stage.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, keeping momentum high and ensuring the programme continues to move forward at pace.
- Play a key role in shaping and aligning strategy - bringing clarity to priorities, decisions, and outcomes while bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
- Design and deliver an ambitious, achievable technology roadmap that powers the Customer Experience strategy and creates meaningful impact.
- Own programme planning end-to-end, coordinating timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive commercial awareness by managing budgets effectively, forecasting costs, and ensuring spend delivers maximum value.
- Use your expertise to influence key decisions, lead supplier and tender processes, and bring innovative thinking to programme delivery.
- Inspire, coach, and guide Project Managers and wider teams to perform at their best, creating a motivated and high-performing delivery environment.
- Lead strong and effective governance that ensures quality, accountability, and on-time delivery across all programme activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver joined-up, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

What skills & qualifications you will need:
- Commercially aware, with knowledge of capital regulations and investment planning.
- Confident in setting clear, ambitious targets and holding others accountable for performance.

- An excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical information for a range of audiences.

- A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges from different angles.
- Experience in a senior operational or strategic leadership role within a commercial or regulated environment is advantageous.
- A background in utilities, water, wastewater, or related industries (e.g. process or manufacturing) is beneficial.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale programmes is desirable.
- Experience leading and embedding change, with the ability to positively influence culture, behaviours, and ways of working.
