Location: These roles will initially be based in Bradford but we’re moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future, with a hybrid working arrangement in place, a mix of office and home working.

Work type: These are permanent opportunities. You will be working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday within a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Compliance Agents to join our Customer Management Centre and be key in supporting effective day to day customer compliance administration.

Where you fit in: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Compliance Agents to join the Customer Management Centre at Yorkshire Water. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure all customer Guaranteed Standard Scheme (GSS) payments are processed accurately, consistently, and in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer outcome standards. You’ll be working as part of the complaints and compliance area where you will be responsible for supporting effective day to day compliance administration to support a culture of 100% compliant, 100% of the time. You will work in accordance with our customer promise and company strategy, ensuring we do what’s right for customers and right for the environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full and accurate audit trails for all payments, decisions, and escalations.
  • Relay key information back to stakeholders and understand themes and key data points to ensure our processes are compliant and customer first.
  • Provide Administrative support to the wider department.
  • Assist with preparation of information and documentation for internal reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities.
  • Manage shared inboxes and task queues, ensuring queries are logged, allocated, and progressed within agreed timescales.

  • Self-driven and willing to learn and develop in the role.
