Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically strong, and commercially minded Senior Management Accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and be a key part of a close-knit team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Producing full monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, accruals, prepayments, journals)
- Cashflow forecasting, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis
- Intercompany recharges, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and stock audits
- Supporting audits, liaising with external accountants, and preparing audit packs
- Delivering reporting and insights to guide strategy and decision-making
- Identifying cost savings and driving process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or QBE – experience matters most
- 3+ years’ experience as a Management Accountant
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in stock/product-based businesses is advantageous
- A team player with energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset
