Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insight and develop KPIs to drive business performance
- Own the WIP valuation model, ensuring accuracy and control
- Prepare and refine management information (MI) to track financial and operational performance
- Support month-end reporting, understanding key variances and business trends
- Partner with senior stakeholders to distil and present financial data in a meaningful way
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical accounting skills (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Advanced Excel skills – confident handling large datasets and challenging methodology, experience using PowerBI would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders across the business including non-finance colleagues
- Proactive, inquisitive, and comfortable challenging the status quo
