The Role- Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, and provide support with estate planning
- Handle Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations
- Advise on tax matters within your knowledge and elevate complex issues externally
- Act on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts
- Use the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication
- Get involved with business development and marketing
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience
