A Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing their own caseload and looking to continue developing their career within a supportive, well established firm.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
- Keep clients, estate agents, brokers and other third parties updated throughout the transaction
- Prepare legal documentation and deal with enquiries through to completion
- Deliver a high standard of client care while ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Work closely with experienced colleagues, with support available where needed
About You
- Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Background as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client focused approach
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
