The firm are experts across every speciality but display particular expertise in employer and public liability, occupational disease, chronic pain, and catastrophic injury. Their lawyers have a robust reputation built through years of successfully defending high-profile cases as well as managing lower profile high volume claims. The team has considerable experience in setting up bespoke full-service claims handling and risk management services for clients, especially in the retail sector. A forensic approach supported by in-depth knowledge of the sector has seen the team enjoy great success in helping clients reduce accidents and claims, resulting in significant financial savings.
