Haggerty Jaques is proud to be working with a well-known international law firm that is looking to appoint a Social Housing Finance Lawyer into its specialist finance team. Although the firm has a global footprint, the social housing finance practice is rooted in local and regional work, supporting key housing associations, lenders, and institutions across the North.
The Role
- You will work on a strong pipeline of social housing finance matters, including:
- Secured and unsecured lending transactions
- Funding arrangements for social housing and development projects
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and related finance documentation
- Close collaboration with the wider banking, real estate and regeneration teams
- Regular contact with long-standing local clients and regional decision-makers
About You
- The team would welcome applications from:
