The Role
- Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation
- Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and general commercial matters
- Handling cases from pre‑action stage through to trial or settlement
- Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
