The Role

  • Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation
  • Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and general commercial matters
  • Handling cases from pre‑action stage through to trial or settlement
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements
  • Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice
