You'll run your own caseload and hold your own client relationships, leading on smaller deals while working alongside senior lawyers on high-value matters - the substance of a partnership case rather than a deferred one, in a team given the time to build client relationships properly rather than bill against the clock.
The work is genuinely international for a firm of this size: private companies and PLCs, UK and cross-border, with the team having acted across 25 jurisdictions in the past twelve months.
The technical spread covers M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance.
