Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive, nationally recognised law firm? We’re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join a highly respected team in Leeds.
THE ROLE:
- Advise clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and discrimination
- Draft and review contracts of employment, service agreements, policies, COT3s, and settlement agreements
- Provide employment law support on corporate transactions
- Act as a trusted advisor to a wide-ranging client base, from SMEs to large public bodies
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunals
- Play an active role in client relationship management, business development and networking activities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an Employment Solicitor
- Passionate about delivering clear, commercial legal advice
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing own caseload
- Strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
- Advocacy experience
