The Role
You’ll advise clients across a broad range of Information Law and Data Protection matters, including:
- UK GDPR and Data Protection Act compliance
- Freedom of Information
- Subject Access Requests
- Information governance
- Data sharing arrangements
- Data breaches and cyber incidents
- Privacy compliance programmes
- AI governance and emerging technologies
- Regulatory advice relating to data protection and information law
The client base spans both the public and private sectors, with particular strengths across healthcare, life sciences, commercial organisations and other regulated industries, ensuring a broad and intellectually stimulating workload. Alongside delivering first-class technical advice, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, strengthen client relationships and help shape the continued success of the practice.
