Description
The Corporate Legal Director will be
- Working on complex corporate transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and public takeovers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad portfolio of clients.
- Taking responsibility for managing matters efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
- Mentoring junior members of the corporate team.
- Working with partners on business development initiatives and networking activities.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
